We did it! We made Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake. It is a little bit drier than we thought it would be and a little crumbly. It has a bit of a different taste to it but I don't think it was too bad. Benji says it is okay but not one to do over. We gave the Jacksons half of it. IJ and BJ liked it the others didn't. The frosting is great, it is the recipe from the spumoni cake.
