HELLO! Wow what has happened to everyone? I just keep forgetting to post our meals, I need to start writing them down cause I can never remember them. I thought I would get on and post about our unusual dessert that we made. We made mom's Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake. We played it safe, sorry. We did have friends over that night so that was exciting to have them taste it for their first time (it was also exciting to have friends that want to hang out with us). I love this cake it is so moist and I could eat a whole bunch of it because it is not to rich. Thanks for the interesting challenge Jackman's, sorry it took us so long to do it!!
