So for my birthday Erin sent me an Ice Cream Sandwich Maker. This past weekend we tried it out and boy what a treat! The bread part is made of brownies and the inside is double churned chocolate ice cream. I believe Erin got the Ice Cream Maker from The Prepared Pantry. Thanks Erin for the gift!

Homemade Ice Cream Sandwiches!!
