So a while back DJ's meat boss gave him a killer recipe for coconut shrimp. I have always been a fan of Red Lobsters coconut shrimp, well, these are better - no joking!!! As I eat these bits of yumminess I only hope that there is food in heaven! We also make a great pina colada dipping sauce. Let me know if you want me to email or post the recipe.
