Better late than never....right?

We managed our time poorly and we are late for the challenge, sorry to all!! We made German apple pancakes from epicurious this morning for breakfast. They were very yummy and the kids loved them, it is a keeper. Again, the picture is not so great, I really need lessons on taking pictures of food...
