Lounsbury's bread

I attempted to make bread bowls for the bread challenge. It did not go as well as I hoped it would. All went very well until I not so gently brushed on the egg wash before baking them and they fell :( I was so terribly upset. They came out of the oven looking like rolls fit for a really big giant. We just cut them into fourths and dipped them in our soup. They were still very yummy. I will definitely be trying this again soon, I will let you know how attempt #2 turns out. Thanks for the awesome challenge Kim, I love baking bread!
