Our family never, I mean never has soup. May hates anything hot (even warm) and it is a challenge to feed a young toddler like Solly soup. But I always crave it and want to try new soups. So in deciding what to make for this challenge I decided to make a Corn Chowder. May LOVES corn and bacon and this recipe had both. I just strained out a lot of the liquid part and gave the chunks of food to the kids. They loved it! Wohoo! Derrick and I also loved it and I couldn't get enough of it. Thanks Lounsburys!
