Ok well I am going to get things going again with our meals for the last week. Most of the week we were in Las Vegas with Jeff's family.
Friday: Went to one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. K-Shrimp fajitas, J-Flautas
Saturday: Christmas eve dinner. Prime rib, garlic mashed, salad and rolls.
Sunday: Leftovers from the day before
Monday: Homemade Pizza
Tuesday: Pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and broccoli (Jeff's bro-in-law makes the best pulled pork I have ever had)
Wednesday: Leftover before we took off to the airport
Thursday: Black bean and veggie salad.
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Can't wait to hear about all the yummy food.
