We completed our lemon challenge yesterday. I made lemon garlic roast chicken, I found the recipe on womansday.com. It was delicious and the kids liked it a lot. I don't roast whole chickens very often so it was fun to try something new. I used a whole head of garlic, it called for two but I didn't want to use all my garlic on one recipe. It was super delicious!! :)
