Wednesday: Chop House Burger (A new burger place we tried because we had a Groupon for super cheap!)
Thursday: Fried Calamari with Pasta and Veggies (Here is a pic of May holding the Calamari - this is a favorite meal of hers, she often requests it!)
Friday: Hawaiian Haystacks
Saturday: Cooked Brisket with Pasta and Steamed Broccoli
Sunday: Chicken Enchiladas with Tomatoes and Fresh Mango
Monday: Leftovers with Fresh Watermelon
We will be doing our Lemon Challenge tonight! I can't wait to try it!

Do you get the calamari from Costco in the freezer section? We've wondered how good it is!
Yeah we get it at Costco, we love it!!
Just kidding, Derrick just told me that we don't get it at Costco. We get fresh calamari at Albertson's and fry our own.
