For our Halloween Candy Challenge we made Peppermint Pattie Cookies. We had a little less than a bag of Peppermint Patties after our Trunk-O-Treat. You simply make the chocolate cookie batter and wrap it around the patties and bake. I had never baked chocolate cookies, so that was a first too. Boy were they yummy!
