We apologize for the lateness of this challenge! But to make up for our tardiness we have created a challenge that will be easy to accomplish. Part of our favorite Thanksgiving tradition is eating the leftovers, especially turkey sandwiches. Our challenge is to create a yummy sandwich. It does not have to involve turkey or even Thanksgiving leftovers, since a lot of you are eating at other people's houses and may not have a lot of leftovers to take home with you. Of course a Thanksgiving inspired sandwich would be delicious, but feel free to really break into the sandwich genre with creativity! Also we aren't necessarily looking for a really extravagant sandwich. Some of the best sandwiches are the simplest combinations.
