Friday: Hamburgers, Sibbett salad, and blackberry pie. We had 2 couples from our cruise group over for dinner.
Saturday: Sibbett salad with grilled pork.
Sunday: Lettuce salad with grilled pork.
Monday: Grilled pork with mixed greens.
Tuesday: Ate at Copper Canyon with Tory. C had seafood fettuccine. B had braised halibut with hazelnut coating.
Wednesday: Cafe Rio. Pulled pork salads.
Thursday: Brat burgers and corn on the cob at the Jacksons.
