Jackson Meals

  • Wednesday - Salmon Noodle Casserole - This was an experiment and it went HORRIBLY wrong! We used canned salmon, thinking it would be soo yummy. We did not realize that canned salmon has tons of bones in it. Bones that are soft and when bitten into turn to powder. YUCK!
  • Thursday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches at M&D's house
  • Friday - Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
  • Saturday - Little Caesar's - Aaron's parents were here, we had just gotten back for a long day at Art in the Park, and Aaron and his Dad were in the middle of installing our new dishwasher.
  • Sunday - Hawaiian Haystacks
  • Monday - Left-overs - Hawaiian Haystacks
  • Tuesday - McDonald's
On another note, we made these yummy and easy Mozzarella Sticks. We cut a string cheese into 4 pieces and then rolled them up in small wonton wrappers and baked them! They were delicious! (I accidentally deleted the final product picture. :( Trust me, they are yummy!)

I never would have known that about the canned salmon. YUCK! The mozz sticks look so good. Do you have a link for the recipe, or can you tell me what temp the oven goes on and for how long?

Meg - Here is the link. We baked them, and if you go into the comments, someone posted that they baked them and at what temp. We also just looked on our wonton package.
